The ‘Stronghold’ of the Church is her unbreakable nucleus — her heart, the firmest centre of her life; without it, her very life would disintegrate. It has Ten Points:

- Formation in the perfection of virtue: explanation

- Practice of virtue

- Practice of virtue brought to perfection

- Formation in the prayer of the heart: explanation of its interior elements: the humility of the child, self-offering, Mary, the love of the Father

- Practice of the prayer of the heart: time (two hours) + space (chapel)

- Formation and practice of recollection according to St. Teresa of Jesus (Way of Perfection)

- Putting into practice the interior elements: the humility of the child, self-offering, Mary, the love of the Father, the functioning of the Holy Spirit (General Help and Particular Help)

- Practice of the Presence of God during the day

- Practice of the Act of the Presence of God during the day

- Understanding discernment (what takes place in the spirit and what takes place in the soul and body), God’s desire to give Himself (see Act of Oblation), contemplation (which takes place essentially in the spirit and does not need to be felt) (see here).

* 2, 5, 6, and 8 are known and practised today. 1, 3, 4, 7, 9, and 10 must be added and clarified.
