The Holy Spirit is God. He is the Person of the Trinity responsible for our sanctification. Knowing Him is essential for every Christian. Growing into an intimate friendship with Him is the surest way to please God, discover His will, and put it into practice.

This day will deepen our knowledge and experience of the Holy Spirit. We will explore how to allow Him to work in us and through us, and examine the key elements of discernment—learning to recognise His voice and follow His inspiration.

The teaching will draw from the living tradition of the Catholic Church in both theology and spiritual theology, with insights from great masters such as St Augustine, St Thomas Aquinas, and St John of the Cross.
