Presentation
Pope Benedict XVI said that participation in the Liturgy “must be understood in more substantial terms, on the basis of a greater awareness of the mystery being celebrated” (SC 52). In these 6 exciting lessons we will ask Spiritual Theology to help us experience the liturgy more personally from within.
It is when we tap into the incredible depths of the liturgy that we are enabled to plumb these depths and avoid other futile attempts.
As in the case of many areas, routine and our lack of focus may hinder access to the depth of life and the abundant food that are in the Mass, “source and summit” of our daily life.
Exploring the links between liturgy and spiritual life with the help of Spiritual Theology, is a vast area still barely explored.
